Context: The Vias institute, known until recently as the BRSI (the Belgian Road Safety Institute) aims to improve road safety, along with mobility and safety in general.

Our work: For the private persons branch (Rehabilitation tests and CARA), VIAS outsources the customer service aspect of their activities to the ALL YOURS call center team. We take care of inbound calls and administrative tasks.

Result: Daily 95% of the inbound calls are handled and brought to conclusion. Since our collaboration, the customer satisfaction increased significantly, and the internal management and departments were highly satisfied.
