Context: Nederhem is one of the biggest real-estate projects in Flemish Brabant. In 2015, sales in this huge project were under pressure, with no more than two apartments being sold per month. The real-estate developers Van Roey & Matexi asked ALL YOURS to ‘boost’ the sales so as to achieve a minimum of two sales per week.
Our work: ALL YOURS produced a strategic communication plan for the next three years in which the different stages of development were considered. We recreated a new look & feel for the project, focused on ‘living at the waterside’ and the various residential types were rebranded. In communication, we focused on local recognition of the project by first explaining its size and impact to potential residents and in second phase by promoting the project. There was a strong focus on web, online and print advertising but these were alternated with local actions, events and viewing days to bring the site ‘alive’. We succeeded in reaching the target and sold two units per week.
Result: The actions of ALL YOURS delivered in 2 sales per week, already for 3 years now. With these results, Nederhem is the bestselling real estate project of that size in Belgium. All the past events reached more than 150 visitors.
